Are children allowed entry?
Our current classes cater for athletes aged over 14 years old.
Members aged between 14 to 16 must be accompanied by a family member who is also member at ECE for every session.
Children are welcomed to come and relax in our lounge area watching TV, doing home work or watching their parents workout!!
Do you offer a trial membership?
YES!!!!
We offer both a Free Trial Class, or our most popular beginner option......
14 days Full Membership for £14 with no obligation to join after the trial period ends
Do you have more than one Membership Option?
YES!!!
We have several different packages to suit most needs.
This includes: Couples Membership, Family Membership & Limited Number of Classes per Month
We also offer discount for Emergency Service & Military Personnel

How many people are in a class?
We believe the true value of our group training is in providing not only a supportive environment, but also one where every member in a class gets high quality coaching.
To allow our certified coaches to ensure you get the most from your sessions with us, we cap our classes to 14 members at a time. We provide enough sessions in a day to enable all our community to get their fitness done, so no fighting for space!
Do I have to book into the class?
YES!!!
To keep our promise on quality, we kindly ask all our members to book onto the class of their choice using the app "Wodify". You get a FREE subscription to this when you join us for either your 14 Days for £14 trial, or full membership.

It is SOOOOO much more than simply a booking app.
You will use Wodify to: track your workouts, see your previous results to monitor progress, set targets, workout your percentages for weightlifting classes and even see how you've done against other members in the gym.......if you get competitive enough for that type of thing.
